CSL is a global specialty biopharmaceutical company that aims to identify, develop and market biotherapeutic products that save lives by preventing or treating serious medical conditions. We are committed to significantly investing in future research and development (R&D) and building capacity in the areas of plasma replacement therapies, vaccines, immunomodulators and therapeutic proteins (using recombinant technology).

CSL includes CSL Behring, CSL Plasma, CSL Biotherapies and CSL Bioplasma. These four businesses have a combined heritage of outstanding contributions to medicine and human health, with more than 100 years of experience in the development and manufacture of vaccines and plasma protein biotherapies.

CSL operates as one integrated global research and development organization. We assemble coordinated global project teams that leverage core capabilities, maximize expertise and minimize duplication. Our strong commitment to funding research and development of protein-based medicines for unmet medical needs underpins our continued growth.
